Well, it is a new year so here's to a new blog! Both Joe and I are glad to have 2008 over with, and begin 2009, for the main reason that we will finally be together again! I suppose this may need an explanation....Joe deployed to Iraq in October 2007 but will be coming home soon; for those who don't know, Germany is home for the time being! 15 months is a long time to be apart so, to say the least, it will be the happiest day of our lives to be reunited. </span> <br /><span style="font-family:georgia;"> <br />This whole blog thing is new to me, so forgive me if it takes me a while to figure things out! In the mean time, here are a few pictures from a trip Joe, Scarlet (our beagle) and I took right before he deployed.
